How long will it take to get my item?
Our products are only made when you order ( which means no landfill and no waste ). This also means that we take a little longer to get it to you, them 8- 12 days from order placed. Where do you ship to?
Worldwide, our hubs are located across the world in key strategic locations which means that we produce your items as close as possible to you. Working to avoid unnecessary transportation CO2.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on where you are located and the item you are purchasing, you will get a delivery cost quote at checkout. Or if you have questions about delivery ping us a note on hello@nannale.com.
Can I get a refund?
Yes we offer refunds but only on defective products and within 30 days from you receiving them. We produce your items just for you so we cannot offer exchanges if the size or model doesn't work for you. How do I return an item
We accept returns 10 days from receiving your item. If you would like to process a return please email us hello@nannale.com and we'll sort you out.
How do I track my order?
If there is something wrong with your item, ping us a note on hello@nannale.com and we will let you know how to process your return.
What materials do you use?
Our technical fabrics are made with polyester, elastane and spandex blends. We are working hard to make as much of our collection out of recycled yarns, this is in our 2025 promise and we have started rolling out our surfer bikini line in recycled poly-elastane. Our beach products are made of pure cotton, organically sourced whenever possible. Watch this space as we move forward on our sustainibility journey!
What is the sustainable fashion movement?
We strive to make our products and materials as sustainable as possible, using recycled and organic materials. But most importantly we only produce the items that are ordered, on demand. We pride ourselves with a zero landfill impact, because our products are only made when our customers buy them meaning that there is no over stocking and nothing goes to waste.
